      I am Jim Chang, Mr.張○誥's grandson (ref.patient number C40xxx). First of all, I would like to represent for Chang's family and hereby send my gratitude, an appreciation for Dr.林院長, fellow doctors and specialists of CV department. Second of all, we are really appreciated for the great assistances and supports from the FarEast medical hospital while my grandpa was urgently in need of medical care. Although, My grandpa passed away, however he did try his best as well as fellow doctors and specialists from the CV departments also did their best to support him till last second.
      Once again, we are really thankful for the great supports and warm cares from the FarEast medical hospital.
