Registration

Please make the appointment with Pediatrics department if the patient is below 18 years old. Please also bring Children Health Handbook and Household certificate to attend the appointment.

Making an appointment:
  1. Please make an appointment within the 3 months period.
  2. Appointment is available to book by phone, FAX, internet or app…etc.
  3. If online appointment is full, please make an appointment at the counter in person.
  4. We will suspend the online appointment service if:
    • Does not show up three times continuously. The access to online appointment system will be resumed until successfully completing the appointment.
    • It has a maximum limit to make an appointment with the same doctor 2 times per month. The appointment will not be able to proceed if exceeding the limit.
    • Please cancel the appointment via internet or phone call if not able to show up. Those who don’t show up three times intentionally will not be able to make an appointment online.

On-site appointment booking:
  1. Chart number for on-site appointment is available at 7am every morning at lobby. Please MUST follow the regulations below:
    • Please DO NOT block the seat with your personal belongings.
    • Each person can only get one chart number.
    • If the number has passed, please get a new chart number and queue accordingly.
  2. On-site appointments can be made at 8am every morning. Please note that the appointment might be full depending on the availability of each department and doctors.
    ★ Service hour to make an on-site appointment:
    • Morning session: 8:00am-11:30am
    • Afternoon session: 8:00am-4:00pm
    • Night session: 8:00am-8:00pm

Special outpatient clinics:
  1. “VIP clinic”: it can only be preceded by the doctor who arranges the appointment for those patients in need.
  2. “Teaching clinic”: Residents and Interns will join the clinic during the procedure. It may take longer for the specialist to discuss with students or ask further details of disease history of patients.

Arriving the clinics

  1. Patients visiting for the first time: The appointment can be made by photo ID number. To protect your personal details, please arrive at counter No. 12 at cashier to proceed further before heading to the clinic rooms.
  2. Returned patient: Please head to the clinic rooms directly if already making an appointment beforehand. KIOSK is also available at outpatient clinics.
  3. Please arrive at the clinic room no later than 10 minutes before the session ends. For patients visiting for the first time, it is advised to arrive 30 minutes earlier.
  4. Tracker: It is able to track the progress via Internet or FEMH app to reduce the waiting time.
  5. Please check the latest update if outpatient session or the name of the doctor changes. We apologize for the inconvenience if the doctor made an absence due to specific reasons.

More information of outpatient clinics

Outpatient clinic time (Please see the outpatient clinic schedule for special sessions)
  1. Morning session: 8:30am-12:00pm
  2. Afternoon session: 1:30pm-4:30pm
  3. Night session: 5:30pm-8:30pm

IDs required:
  1. Please bring the NHI card, photo ID or other IDs that can prove the identity (e.g. driver license, passport…etc). Please bring Children Health Handbook and Household certificate to attend Pediatrics outpatient clinics.
  2. For foreign nationals, please bring passport and ARC while attending.

Please arrive at the outpatient clinic on time.

It is recommended to track current progress via Internet, FEMH app, FEMH LINE account, or dial the clinic room.


Refund or change personal details:
  1. It is not able to get reimbursement if did not bring the NHI card to attend the outpatient clinic. In order to be reimbursed by NHI, please bring the NHI card and the receipt to proceed at cashier in 10 days after visiting the outpatient.
  2. Please provide photo ID/ARC or household certificate to counter No.12 at 1st floor to proceed further if the name is changed.
