However, you are the only and first one who's willing to proactively take the efforts to help me treat such a serious health issue. Considering years of suffering from life-threatening heavy periods and anemia, I only wish I've come to your earlier. Immediately after you found out I live in Los Angeles, you directed the nurses to arrange the earliest surgery date for me. When you were told the preferred date was not available, you personally made the call to make it happen for me. I thought this special effort is only for the international patient; but, later I realized that you treat all patients with the same progressive manner. Your professionalism is beyond amazing. Your resilience in fighting to provide the best care for each patient is incredible. More importantly, you don't take credit for seeing over a hundred patients in a day for 16+ hours without a break. How do you do it? I can't imagine living your life for one day. PLEASE also make sure you take good care of yourself.
