We charge registration fee, out-of-pocket fee and medication fee according to the information above. Concession fee will be applied under several circumstances below.

● Free registration:
  1. Collecting medications with refillable prescriptions.
  2. Attending examinations only.
  3. Obtaining hardcopy of examination result. It can be proceeded at counter No.6, 1st floor, North Building. Only printing fee will be applied.
  4. Age over 100 years old.

● Out-of-pocket:
  1. Out-of-pocket fee costs NTD$50 for those who hold the disability card and present it to cashier.
  2. Patients returning to the outpatient after discharging or conducting the surgery in one month, as well as after delivering a baby in six weeks will be considered as “referral patients”. Out-of-pocket fee is charged accordingly.

● Others: Please present related ID that concession fee can be applied while paying the fee.
● Pay at cashier:
Cashiers are located at 1st, 2nd and 4th floor. It is able to proceed by cash or credit card.
  1. Cashiers at 1st floor: available from 8:00am-10:50pm, Monday to Friday; 8:00am-3:20pm, Saturday.
  2. Cashiers at 2nd floor: available from 8:30am-5:20pm, Monday to Friday; 8:30am-12:50pm, Saturday
  3. Cashiers at 4th floor: available from 8:00am-12:30pm and 1:30pm-5:00pm, Monday to Friday; 9:00am-1:00pm, Saturday

● Pay at self-service paying machine or by E-health pay app:
It is also welcome to pay at self-service paying machine or by E-health pay app to reduce the waiting time.
◎ Self-service paying machine：Paying machines are located at:
  1. Next to cashier at 1st and 2nd floor
  2. Next to OPD pharmacy, across Integrated Preventive Care Center at 1st floor
  3. Pediatrics outpatient clinic at 4th floor
◎ Self-service paying machine service hour:
  1. 8:30am-8:30pm, Monday to Friday. Paying machine at 1st floor services until 10pm.
  2. 8:30am-12:30pm, Saturday
