This diagram illustrates the organizational structure of Far Eastern Memorial Hospital, outlining its governance and operational framework. At the pinnacle is the Far Eastern Medical Foundation Board, which governs the hospital. The President serves as the chief executive, responsible for implementing Board policies and overseeing overall operations.

Under the President, various committees and task forces facilitate professional decision-making and cross-departmental coordination. Operationally, the hospital is organized into six functional domains—Medical Education, Medical Research, Medicine, Medical Affairs, Strategy, and Operations. Each is supervised by a respective Vice President, ensuring a well-defined and collaborative management system.
