In addition, the hospital has implemented a highly digitalized Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system that fully integrates medical histories, medication plans, and physiological monitoring data. This integration helps reduce information gaps that patients may encounter during referrals or after discharge, ensuring continuity of care and seamless information transfer.

Furthermore, more than 50% of patients are able to access laboratory reports and medical images through the hospital’s patient portal. In 2025, the portal recorded over 310,000 user visits.
